How To: Forwarding
Domain E-mail
To enable and disable
mail forwarding from a domain e-mail account to a different e-mail
account, follow these instructions:
To enable mail forwarding:

Log
on to http://webmail.valley.net with your POP mail user account
and password.
- Once logged in,
click on the "Options" hyperlink to open the Options
web page.
- Once the Options
web page has loaded, click on the "Personal Information"
hyperlink to open the Options - Personal Information
web page.
- Once the Options
- Personal Information web page has loaded, the "Forward
Mail" text field will need to be filled in.
- In the "Forward
Mail" text field, enter the e-mail address to forward domain
e-mail to.
- Finally, click
on the "Submit" button to confirm and update the changes.
To disable mail forwarding:

Log
on to http://webmail.valley.net with your POP mail user account
and password.
- Once logged in,
click on the "Options" hyperlink to open the Options
web page.
- Once the Options
web page has loaded, click on the "Personal Information"
hyperlink to open the Options - Personal Information
web page.
- Once the Options
- Personal Information web page has loaded, the "Forward
Mail" text field will need to be cleared.
- In the "Forward
Mail" text field, remove any e-mail addresses from the
text field so that the text field is blank.
- Then, click on
the "Submit" button to confirm and update the changes.
Now when a receiver
replies to a sent e-mail, it will go to the correct e-mail address.
